Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with NOVA FINDS. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, tracked, and delivered.
Order processing
Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing time is separate from delivery time.
After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information when tracking is available. Tracking updates may take up to 72 hours to appear after dispatch.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship to selected countries displayed at checkout. Available destinations and shipping options may vary depending on the products in your order, your delivery address, and carrier availability.
If your country or address is not accepted during checkout, we are currently unable to ship that order to your location.
Estimated delivery times
Estimated delivery times begin after an order has been processed and dispatched:
- Nigeria: approximately 5–15 business days
- Other African destinations: approximately 7–20 business days
- United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and other supported destinations: approximately 7–25 business days
These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, public holidays, peak shopping periods, local delivery conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Some orders may arrive in separate packages because products can be shipped from different fulfillment locations.
Shipping charges
Available shipping methods and charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Shipping charges may depend on the destination, products, package weight, and selected delivery service.
Customs duties and import taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.
NOVA FINDS cannot control or predict customs charges or clearance times. Please contact your local customs authority for more information before ordering.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including the correct postal code and telephone number.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at novafinds77@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing or dispatch has started.
NOVA FINDS is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent.
Tracking and delivery
When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
A package may be marked as delivered shortly before it physically arrives. Please check around your property, ask household members or neighbours, and contact the carrier if you cannot locate it.
Delayed or missing orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, check the tracking information first. If there has been no meaningful tracking update for 7 business days, contact us at novafinds77@gmail.com with your order number.
We will review the shipment and contact the carrier or fulfillment partner where appropriate. Carrier investigations may take additional time to complete.
Damaged packages or incorrect items
Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at novafinds77@gmail.com.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or video of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Refused and unclaimed deliveries
Orders refused by the recipient or left unclaimed may be returned to the sender. Any refund will be handled according to our Refund Policy and may exclude shipping, customs, return, or carrier charges were permitted by law.
